Device: [Motorola Moto G8 Power] (Snapdragon 665 / SM6125)
Status: Bootloader Locked, corrupted dsp and modem partitions (No Wi-Fi/Baseband).
Problem:
I am trying to restore the dsp and modem partitions via EDL mode since the locked bootloader prevents fastboot flashing. I am using a firehose programmer that matches the device's PKHash, but every attempt to read (-r) or write (-w) results in a NAK error.
Steps taken:
Forced device into EDL (9008 mode).
Identified the PKHash and found a matching firehose.
Attempted to dump devinfo and flash modem/dsp.
Result: Sahara protocol completes, but Firehose commands return NAK.
Questions:
Does this specific PKHash for SM6125 require a "patched" firehose to bypass write protections on a locked bootloader?
Are there known "light" loaders for this chipset that might avoid the NAK error?
Is there any specific configuration in edl tool to handle Motorola's signature checks in this state?
