hwatch 0.3.16 freezes in a narrow terminal when used with --no-help-banner

I'm using hwatch 0.3.16 on an ARM Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.1. When I run

```sh
HWATCH="--no-help-banner" hwatch date
```

in a terminal that's 49 columns wide, the date is never printed and the interface freezes.

There is no problem on a wider terminal or if I set `HWATCH=""` instead of `--no-help-banner`.
