• Updated nearly all the npm dependencies, and removed a few superfluous ones.
• Updated Electron from 8.2.4 to 22.3.27
• Updated some CSS to make buttons more responsive
• Changed to using electron-builder instead of electron-packager, with proper icons and metadata as a result
• Rebranded as Relay IRC (kept icon)
• Made irc.libera.chat the default server
• App remembers window location and size
• Added logging with electron-log
• Added menus with similar items from my other project, Quark Player
