Description

In the Convert drawer, conversions only update when clicking Apply to selected editor. It would be helpful to have Auto-apply on edit switch or similar option that automatically re-applies conversions whenever the text changes.

Use cases

• Personally, I was confused why the response hadn't changed when I made an edit. Turns out I forgot to click the Apply to selected editor button.
• Speeds up testing by removing the need to click Apply repeatedly.
• Improves workflow for tweaking payloads.
