Updating Manuscript Files

1. make a backup on the server: run backups/backup-mss.sh
2. make import_mss
3. run scripts/edit-mss-dummy.sh to get a quieter diff later
4. commit and push to git

5. run the script to update the mss files
6. check the git diff
   if not satisfied revert with: git checkout .
7. make deploy_mss
8. commit and push to git
