In this PR #17618, the tests are unexpectedly failing on the Check websites status tasks.

Running from forks is expected (and probably unrelated to the issue but it participates), having them fails in such case (source branch not containing the actions) is probably not wanted.

How to reproduce?

it should be ~

• run a pr from an old branch not containing the
  oberve the ci failing as the action is not present in the checkout

should run the actions from cgeo main repo
