gh pr view should include projectsV2 output #11409

Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve
Given I have a pull request in a non-classic project (projectsV2)
When I run gh pr view (TTY or not TTY)
Then the projects section should mention the project

See pull request has projectItems which is projectsV2:
