As stated in the title, the name of the file (which in my case is similar to the full path) is used even though a Name entry exists in the file.

I pinned down the issue in the library you "deentry", which does not gracefully handle locales. If I may propose to add an entry to the settings to configure the language that should be used, and maybe defaulting to English.

I happen to be in the process of documenting and improving a low-level freedesktop parser if you do not want to spend time implementing it. If you wish to do so, I still have to publish the crate, but I could reallocate time and energy on doing so. I could also implement a fix for this issue but I am not sure when I would do it.
