Sunset the project cc-mrjob because

• it builds upon Yelp's mrjob which isn't maintained anymore
  • the latest release v0.7.4 happened 5 years ago
  • since then
    • there are no more commits in any branch
    • several issues and PRs were not responded. Among them:
      • CVE-2007-4559
      • Python 3.12 support
• cc-mrjob itself does not seem to have attracted downstream users recently: the network graph indicates that the last public adaption happened 5 years ago

Sunsetting the project includes:

• add a notice to the README
• archive the repository
