What happened?

Our rerender bot has started failing ~everywhere (AFAICT). A local rerender runs into

requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 502 Server Error: Bad Gateway for url: https://api.anaconda.org/package/conda-forge/conda-smithy

when trying to check if conda-forge-pinning is up-to-date.

Additional Context

This breaks the infrastructure of conda-forge pretty badly - quick help would be appreciated.
