resolved, I had to recurisvely add the read permission to every parent directory until i reached root |

I tried using
aclto set permissions to that socket for the regular user executing thepodman-compose upbut I keep getting statfs permission denied
I set the permissions to the directory containing the socket, same issue.
any ideas ?
