Don't use Red Hat in the installation folder name on Windows #25968

Description

Feature request description

Currently, the Windows installer creates the folder %PROGRAMFILES%\RedHat\Podman and some registry keys in HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Red Hat\Podman.

Podman is a CNCF project and should be vendor-neutral. References to Red Hat should be removed. It's also preferable that the new installation folder and registry key paths could be created by non-admin users.

Suggest potential solution

We could install Podman under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\podman. Note that Podman Desktop gets installed in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\podman-desktop (I think that %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs is the default for electron applications).

The installer should create reg keys in HKCU:\SOFTWARE\podman.
