Hey. I know that my idea may not fullfill the TURN standard described in the RFC document, but I would like to propose to implement such security measurments like among others strong encryption of:

• connections and transfered data
• authentication, users database

and additionally, provide:

• maximal compression of transfered data

• possibility of create secure tunnels in between the involved parties (for example, in between the TURN servers)

• increase security of the TURN server and it's administrative interface

Above proposals are intended to increase the security, privacy and confidentiality of the connections done thru the TURN server.
