We found some of the questions and response options unclear.

• What does "Possible distracting? others?" mean? Am I distracting others or are others distracting me? Also, are both question marks needed or is it a typo?
• What do people see? (Appearance, Work, Behavior) Unsure what question is referring to? What are the differences between the choices?

Maybe participants need to be briefed on the questions and the explanation could also be added to the documentation.
