Description

I have a Kannada language string in Google Docs. When I paste it into CKEditor, it shows   in place of a regular space.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a CKEditor field with options enabled for Bold, Italic and Link.
2. Paste the text from Word Doc to CKEditor.

Expected HTML Output
