I'm trying to install duckdb-delta nightly in a docker container to deploy. Unfortunately, the extension does not seem to exist in the nightly repo.

Failed to download extension "delta" at URL "http://nightly-extensions.duckdb.org/v1.4.3/osx_arm64/delta.duckdb_extension.gz" (HTTP 403)
Extension "delta" is an existing extension.

On the other hand, last release was in July, maybe we're due for another 👀
