All plugins: Bump target SDK to 35 (Android 15).

Hysteria 2, Mieru, Juicity, Brook: Rebuild with 16 KB page size support.

Naïve plugin arm64-v8a/x86_64 has supported 16 KB page size since v121.0.6167.71, so no rebuild required.

Rebuild legacy plugins (Hysteria, Trojan-Go, TUIC, TUIC5, ShadowTLS, and Mieru v1/v2) with 16 KB page size support.

Bump target SDK to 35 (Android 15).

You may need to uninstall old versions first.

Update (March 25, 2025): Exclave 0.13.13 dropped ShadowTLS plugin support in favor of internal implementation.

Update (June 9, 2025): TUIC v5 plugin has switched to a new upstream (Itsusinn/tuic) and resumed update.
