I want to generate single-cell simulation data with different levels of noise and compare their PCA dimensionality reduction results. The result I hope to obtain is that after increasing the level of noise, the cells will become more dispersed after dimensionality reduction. I used the kinetics_noise_simple function in the parameters for generating data. The value of parameter sd in this function was set as 0.1(default 0.005), but it does not have a significant impact on the dimensionality reduction results of PCA. Can you give me some suggestions?
