Issue
Ships inside of or behind nebulae are still rendered on main screen and ship window views, including their callsigns. Ships in nebulae are visible to players even when the player is beyond the nebula's render range.
Suggested behavior
Ships that are radar-blocked by nebulae should also be visually hidden from player-specific camera views. Objective spectating views independent of player control, like Top-Down 3D and Cinematic views, should not mask radar-hidden ships.
Approaching a fixed visual range of ~5.5U from the hidden ship should gradually fade-in ship transparency to fully reveal it at 5U.
