The number of skills can be a bit overwhelming when viewing skill wheels. This makes it difficult to compare between skill wheels if there are a lot of skills that aren't relevant to a user displayed in one or more of them.

Describe the solution you'd like

To make understanding and comparing skill wheels easier , we should provide a way to filter the skills which are included when a skill wheel is rendered. This will require users/orgs to be able to mark a skill as not relevant for them.
