[Bug]: Quota exceeding not getting propagated to the UI #81

Describe the bug
If a user has multiple service keys, and their cumulative quota is exceeded, the UI doesn't show proper error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create multiple service keys, and consume quota on each of them
Expected behavior
- There should be proper error in the UI
