Feature Request

Currently, when using worksheet protection with sort: true and autoFilter: true, Excel still prevents sorting despite these permissions being set. This appears to be due to how Excel handles programmatically-set protection vs manually-set protection.

Requested Enhancement

Implement a way to generate Excel files where users can sort/filter data while keeping specific cells locked, similar to what's possible when setting protection manually in Excel.
