The info dialog of the BIRT viewer will get an additional option to open the start page of the viewer to have a direct access to the environment and option to execute the standard test reports.

The new option can be configured at the web.xml
The new option will be BIRT_VIEWER_INFO_DIALOG_SYSTEM_DETAILS according to BIRT_VIEWER_INFO_DIALOG
