After clone 4.11.0 and run the "platforms\windows\Build_Binary_x86.bat" script for windows it can't compile due missing project file, error: D:\Tiago\Desktop\emgucv-4.11.0\build_64>"C:\Program Files\CMake\bin\cmake.exe" --build . --config Release --target cvextern
MSBuild version 17.14.14+a129329f1 for .NET Framework
MSBUILD : error MSB1009: Project file does not exist.
Switch: cvextern.vcxprojTried with official cmake and visual studio cmake, both raise same problem. |

Was able to find a fix, it requires Windows SDK installation under Visual Studio. |

Marked the latest Windows 11 SDK and did the trick
