Hey Fleurians, great stuff putting this app together. Truly essential.

I had a suggestion for improvement; was suggested to open discussion here instead of the google form.

In some cases such as Slack, you can only connect one slack team via ID. It would be awesome to have the ability to add multiple slack teams (I'm actively involved in 5 slack teams 😬). I'm certain there will be many more instances of apps that have this same conundrum.

Anyway, it's a fairly straightforward suggestion – I'm sure it's crossed your minds already.
