I could use some help.

I am trying to create a structured report that will link to some images and/or some secondary image captures. I think this is viewer dependent but I cant seem to get any viewer to work.

its not complex muilti frame images, i'd just like to link to the series which is good enough. Someday maybe a specific frame but I can't get either to work.

What tags/sequences structure am i missing?
