Reproduction

Describe the bug
On initial load, the repeater (and sub elements) disabled will match the parent form disabled state. If the parent form is later enabled, the repeater does not become enabled. The other way, does seem to work, if the parent becomes disabled, the repeater will also become disabled. I attempted setting the value to null as some of the previous work-arounds, but doesn't seem to work for any of the components.
