  First stable release. Requires CMake to work. Required to build on Linux with gcc-5.2 and Windows 64 bit with VS-2013 SP5. Those still lack C++11/14 features I'd like to use, but however. Tiff, GIF, BMP, JPEG, JPEG2000 (with limitations, especially on colors), PNG, PCX, TGA reading shall work. TIFF, BMP, PNG writing shall work. JPEG writing shall work to some extend. ImageLists to support reading full multipage images and writing multipage images Shall work. C-Interface for dynamic libraries shall be included. Exceptions shall be caught at Interface level.
