When the mouse cursor is placed over the drag & drop zone to insert an image into content, a tooltip is displayed with the text "No file chosen".

As the area disappears once a file has been chosen, it's irrelevant to specify the status. What's more, the text is in English even when the user's preferences are in French.

Steps to reproduce

• Select the "Insert image" button in the Froala bar
• Place mouse cursor over "Click to browse" area.
