Just wondering whether we could have a search feature as shown in the dawn theme in the future release?

1. When we click on search, it will auto populate the most popular tags, sorted by number of posts linked to the tags.
2. (Optional) It would be great if we could allow users to show how many tags as well, I suppose the dawn theme only show the top 5 but perhaps we could turn on the option to show 10 most popular tags or even all!

Not sure how difficult to implement this or whether this is technically possible but thanks in advance!
