新创建的gogs，每天会自动创建一些用户和仓库，目前才半个月就创建了7k个用户，6k个仓库了，最后会占满系统的inode
To reproduce
新创建的gogs，阿里云服务器仅给gogs服务开通了端口，没有其他操作
