I'm using text2qti to generate quizzes to upload to Canvas. One thing I noticed was the following limitation.

"Numerical questions have the limitation that the absolute value of the smallest acceptable answer must be greater than or equal to 0.0001 (1e-4)"

I'm wondering if this is a limitation that can be changed. Canvas supports up to 16 significant digits for numerical answers (for QTI version 1.2), so it seems like text2qti can support more digits in this regard.
