This is the frontend part of gramps-project/gramps-web-api#701.

We can add a button to undo an individual transaction.

The GET endpoint can be used to check if the transaction can be undone without conflicts. If not, the user can choose to abort or apply the changes anyway (passing force=1 in the POST request).
