sdk list java doesn't list the latest versions of Mandrel probably due to foojayio/discoapi#149

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
sdk list java | grep mandrel- Look for 23.1.10, 23.1.11, and 25.0.3 releases
Configuration:
- OS: Fedora 43
- Architecture: AMD64
Expected behavior
The latest versions of Mandrel should be available for installation.
