This issue is about making the ear core Gradle plugin support the configuration cache.

Upon completion, all configuration and tasks provided by the ear plugin are compatible with the configuration cache.

• ensure all Ear plugin functionality that we know works without configuration cache also works with CC
• update CC compatibility matrix to reflect its status
