Exception while processing privacydata

1. Ensure you have multipe users in your enviroment that you can delete
2. Enable Moodle Privacy settings > Automatic data deletion request approval and Create automatic data deletion requests
3. Delete the users
4. Run the cron to process the task
5. check of the data of the users are removed in the database tables
