Coraza or ModSecurity compatibility

Apache2 has [ModSecurity2](https://github.com/owasp-modsecurity/ModSecurity/tree/v2/master). NGINX has [ModSecurity3](https://github.com/owasp-modsecurity/ModSecurity/). Caddy has [Coraza](https://github.com/corazawaf/coraza-caddy). Does h2o have a way to integrate with [CoreRuleSet](https://coreruleset.org/) and other ModSecurity rules?
