Currently storage validation tool only allows users to import a vmimage from a http endpoint.

In airgap environments users may only be able to upload the images manually.

In such scenarios it is hard to run storage validator tool without spinning up a http server in the environment first.

Enhance storage validator to support using existing vmimage objects
