System and IINA version:

• macOS 14.2.1
• IINA 1.3.4

Expected behavior:
Cursor doesn't disappear after clicking.

Actual behavior:
Cursor disappears after clicking, or when trying to resize the playlist view.

Steps to reproduce:

• Move the mouse in the window, make sure the OSC is shown
• Click in the window
• The cursor disappears

This is caused by #4191, please take a look @low-batt

• MPV does not have this problem.
