Steps to Reproduce

On a Mac with multiple displays:

• Under the  menu click on SystemSettings
• On the left side of the panel click on Displays
• On the right side of the panel click on Arrange…
• In the Arrange Displays pop-up take note of which display contains the menu bar
• Close SystemSettings
• Start IINA playing a video
• Drag the IINA window to one of the displays that does not contain the menu bar
• Quit IINA
• Restart IINA
• Open a video
• Notice the IINA window appears on the display with the menu bar, not the display IINA's window was previously on

Expected Behavior

When multiple displays are attached to a Mac, IINA will remember the display it was last playing on and when restarted will place its window on that display.

Actual Behavior

IINA always uses the display with the menu bar.

• I tried my best to search from the existing issues (including closed issues) and didn't find duplicated issues.

Optional Actions

• I tested with the Nightly build and confirmed the issue is not fixed.
• I tested with the latest version of mpv and confirmed mpv doesn't have this issue.
