Describe The Bug:
Ledvance light bulbs if lose power than come back online will be unuseable unless restarting.

To Reproduce:

1. Buy a ledvance smart bulb
2. download ledvance smart +
3. connect it to smart things
4. Start homebridge
5. power off the bulb
6. power on the bulb
