Sorry for such a stupid question in advance, but I'm just not an experienced user of github.

So, how to actually launch and use the app?
I downloaded zip with vrmd.exe inside, but when I start the app it shows this window and error message.

I already read that 2 libraries are needed for this app to work, but I don't know how to act and what to do in general.

Could you please make an instruction for newbies on how to install everything and make everything work from scratch?
