Notes: This issue is DIFFERENT from #542, which was caused by another new UI.

Expected Behavior

The "block this site" button should be clickable and open the block dialog.

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Have bad luck and get chosen for an A/B test I guess. I have two Google accounts and only one of them has this new UI.
2. Search for something.
3. Click "block this site"
4. The browser then open the website you clicked on, instead of popping up a dialog box.

Specifications

• Browser: Chrome
• Other extensions/add-ons: No.

• Language: Chinese.
• Region: Chinese mainland?
