The default departure time is set to Sys.time() in accessibility (and maybe other functions). For non-transit modes it makes sense to have a default as it doesn't matter, but using the current time could lead to transit analyses that seem correct but are not reproducible. What if we made the default NULL, and if it is set to NULL, set to some default value for non-transit modes, and error for transit modes?
