Problem to solve

Fedora 42 jumped to Mopidy 4.0.0 alpha, currently latest alpha4 (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mopidy/blob/f42/f/mopidy.spec) with commit https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mopidy/c/7fab3e869a6b344003be464b3f3c5b555cbae528?branch=f42 which appears to not work with any available Mopidy-Iris version. Any other extension already has a corresponding alpha version to be able to work/test with so it would be really nice if Iris could offer such a version as well. This is also an issue for other distributions in regards to the whole spotify, gstreamer-rs/librespot, mopidy-spotify, python 3.14 hassles which might also like to jump to the current alpha versions to get a working setup.

Proposed solution

Offer an alpha version of Iris like other extensions already do.
