minor layout fix

Some python versions displayed the wrong layout with v8.0.0 as a result of unnecessary decimal points being printed during vetting phase. This update ensures the vetting process is displayed without decimal places to prevent the layout issue.

Adjusted warning

In theory database corruption can only take place when using network sharing protocols. Docker on Windows and MacOS uses these protocols for mounts. On Linux + Docker or Windows + GUI install, it's probably safe to use the db's directly. Use at your own risk though!
