I had learned some BAD lessons from snap docker this is very easy -v f2:/config:rw -v /media:/config/Downloads/mmmedia now host /media exists inside docker Downloads directory awesome |

Sometimes I have or put files into host /media
right now I copy them into docker
docker cp /media/grab firefox:/config/downloads
or out
docker cp firefox:/config/downloads /media
I am happy with this solution. I would like to know more
