There are lots of docs here but there are no clear step by step instructions how to use Jpcap as a dependency in Java based project.
For example we can configure Maven or Gradle to work with Clojars as a source of jpcap library but what is next?
Do we need to compile jpcap native binaries for our OS? Can we use already compiled versions (MacOS provides the one out of the box)?
How to configure build system to work with native binaries?
Having just Maven/Gradle tuned is not enough, since jpcap package is not found there.

This is a project for Java but it contains documentation like it's for Assembler :-)
