Describe the bug
After sending a YouTube video link we get option to chose video or audio but then we get loading but the uploading not start.

Our location is Afghanistan and I am using one of Afghanistan http_proxy = 180.94.64.58:8080

Expected behavior
Just start downloading youtube downloading
