Hi everyone!
I have been using PCAtools a lot for DESeq2 objects and it works great it's made my life so easy!

I am now moving to a new pipeline with EdgeR and was wondering how can I input a DGEList object into the PCAtools pipeline?
I tried to create an MDS plot and use that for things like biplot and screeplot but the mds object and DGE object are clearly set up in a different way. What do I need to change to input MDS plot into PCAtools functions? Is it even possible?
